Cutting and machinig CNC center for PVC joinery profiles with 13 tool holders and a capacity of up to 80 joineries/day.

CONCEPT
- These modular machines allow the machining of all millings and drillings on the 4 faces of PVC profiles, as well as the straight cutting and the mitre cutting (« V  » cutting).
- A label printer helps the follow-up and the traceability of the parts.((Option)
- The machine is equipped with 11 tool holders and can receive up to 14. The potential production can be up to 90 windows per day (8 hours) with or without conveyor belt storage magazine.

PROGRAMMING
- Thanks to the CAD/CAM software, the customer's orders are recorded only once. Then the data is sent automatically to the machining center, and to the other machines. It avoids any other data entry.
- The system operates under Microsoft Windows. It ensures a good operating felxibility and a compatibility with your computing system.
- The profile parts are identified by a bar code scanner. The program is automatic.
