C 85 FRAMING MACHINE
This machine will help you make your joinery frames.
In standard version, it's equipped with a fixed beam, a mobile beam holding 2 horizontal rams, 3 vertical cross bars, each holding a vertical ram (supplementary cross bars can be added, in option). The operator can adjust exactly the independent rams, wherever he wishes. He then locks the hydraulic rams on the cross bars and the beam on the structure. The robustness of the machine and the strength of the rams combined (up to 24000 N per ram) allow the assemblnig with precise positioning. This allows to assemble, on the same machine, parts of different sizes, and the guarantee of getting a perfect result, with no distortion.
C 91 BEAM FRAMING MACHINE
This powerful machine, very robust, is made out of thick profiles & tubes. The C 91 has : 2 vertical rams that ensure the movement of the higher beam and 2 horizontal rams that ensure the movement of the right sliding shoes. The lower beam is adjustable, it can be connected to the upper beam, for the best operating position. Its advantages : adjustments are made quickly, the vertical thrust is distributed equivalently along the side of the assembled element. It exists in 2 different models :
C 91 A : manual hydraulic distributor
C 91 B : automatic framing cycle. The adjustment of the different pressures, of the beam and shoes are made from the control desk.
