Hinge or hinge plate inserting machine

Machine designed to be integrated in a machining line (door jamb notching). The machine allows, by choice, to insert hinge plates automatically.

The production capacity of this machine is of 240 stiles per hour (or 12 hinge or hinge plates per minute).
The machine is integrated in a complete machining line of door jamb stiles.

The PARVEAU line does the following functions :
- Cutting to lenght of the stile
- Hinge plate notching
- Hinge plate inserting
- Hinge drillging
- Hinge inserting
