Machine for hinge plate and lock inserting for flush doors

This machine is designed to be integrated in a machining line (doorsash notching). The machine allows automatic lock and hinge plate insertion.

The production capacity of this machine is of 170 sashes per hour, with 3 standard hinge plates and locks.
The machine is integrated in a complete notching line for flush door sashes (see "Notching" section).

The machine allows to insert :
- 6 types of plate hinges
- 7 types of locks
